Thank you for your interest in our property! We look forward to hosting you! By booking our property you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions:
- RENTAL AGREEMENT: Primary booking guest will be required to sign rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.
- CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in after 4:00 pm / Check-out by 11:00 am.
- EVENTS/PARTIES: No parties or events.
- QUIET HOURS COURTESY: For consideration of neighbors, quiet time is observed from 10pm until 7am. Be aware of and follow city, county, and state laws concerning behavior and noise. Please be considerate of neighbor’s peace and enjoyment throughout your stay.
- SHOES: We kindly request shoes to be removed whenever entering the home.
- FOOD: Please keep food items & eating in the kitchen/dining room.
- MAX OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy is 12 people. RVs or tents cannot be used to supplement that maximum occupancy. Twelve is maximum allowed by Donnelly. At no point during the reservation should the occupancy be more than 12 (night or day). Failure to comply will be considered a breach of contract and you will have to be asked to leave (with no refund).
- PETS: We know that you love your furbabies,but we ask that you leave them with at home with friends. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that pets were inside or outside the cabin at any point during your stay. Any damage done by animals will incur an additional charge.
- DAMAGE: The Primary Guest on the Reservation is responsible for all damages that occur during their guest’s stay.
- CANCELLATION: The Cancellation policy stated through your booking platform will be strictly enforced. No refunds for early departures or late arrival.
- HOME FURNISHINGS: Please no furniture re-arrangement. Please no furniture re-arrangement. Please only utilize the designated bedrooms as sleeping areas (no sleeping on couches, etc.).
- PARKING: All parking (vehicles, trailers, etc.) must be in in the driveway. No parking is allowed on the roadways.
- HEATING/COOLING: The thermostat is mounted on the wall leading to the master bedroom. Please adjust the temperature to your liking. Please note: A/C cannot be run when outside temperature is below 55 degrees or damage will occur to the unit.
- NO SMOKING OR VAPING: Please no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Violating this policy will result in a $500 fine + all additional cleaning fees required to remove all traces of smoke.
- FIREWORKS: No fireworks are allowed on the property.
- GARAGE: You’ll have access to most of the garage minus a corner of the garage with Owner’s storage items. The golf-cart is not a part of the rental. Please do not use the garage for vehicle parking.
- GARBAGE: Please do not leave garbage bags sitting inside of the home, outside your door, or on the floor of the garage as they will attract insects, other animals, and produce odor. Kindly tie the bags tightly and dispose of them properly in the outdoor trash bin. For your convenience, we've provided a few extra trash bags under the kitchen sink. Please be sure lid mechanism on the outside trash can is engaged after each use to help prevent bear intrusion.
- TRASH PICK UP: Trash day in the community is Wednesday. If any portion of your stay falls on trash day please take the garbage out to the street in the morning/return to beside the garage that evening.
- TOILETS: Please do not try to flush any sanitary products or baby wipes down the toilet.
- MAIL: Please do not have mail sent to the property. Forgotten items will incur a $25 fee in addition to any mailing costs to get them back to you.
- VALLEY COUNTY: Follow local ordinances and licensing requirements for ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles. Please try to limit the number of trips through the neighborhood by recreational vehicles.
- CANCELLATION: The stated cancelation policy on your booking platform will be strictly adhered to. We highly recommend securing travel insurance to help cover extenuating circumstances that we know can arise. Thank you for your understanding.
EXPECTATIONS:
- SNOW/ICE IN WINTER: There will be snow/ice on the driveway in the winter and will be slippery. The driveway gets plowed when there's approximately 3"-6" of snow. Please also know the plowing company services many roads and service may not be done promptly depending on how busy they are. Further, they only plow the main section of the driveway and there may be additional accumulation on edges of driveway and/or walk-ways. We recommend traveling with the proper vehicles, tires, and 4-wheel drive. We also have two-snow shovels in garage should you need access to one.
- ICE/WALKWAYS: Driveway, patios, porches, yard, around hot tub, etc. may be icy. Please use caution around the property.
- ACCIDENTS: We understand accidents can happen so if they do please let us know so we can try to address them before the next guests.
- AMENITIES: If any of the listed home amenities don’t operate properly, the Owner has 24 hours to repair. If repair not possible, a $10 daily reimbursement will be provided to primary guest for the remainder of their stay.
- CHILDREN: Guests are responsible for the safety of their children at all times. The home is not child proofed: For example: No outlet covers, stair gates, etc.
- GAMES: We’re thrilled to offer a home with a playroom & bonus room for the kiddos! However, please make sure the kids understand to: put items away when complete, not to lose pieces to games, play gently on the foosball table & shuffleboard, no jumping on couches or being wild. Please help us maintain our home and treat it with the utmost respect. Thank you!
- BUGS: Welcome to the mountains! Along with all the deer, birds, and other mountain wildlife there’s also bugs. Please be sure to bring mosquito replant in spring/summer. We do regular prevention bug spraying services inside the home (3 times a year) but please know you’re in the mountains and shouldn’t have the expectation of no bugs :).
- WIFI: Internet in the mountains may not be as reliable as you’re used in more urban settings. We’ll make every effort to ensure you have internet, but we cannot guarantee no-down-time. No refunds will be provided due to internet connectivity issues.
- TVs: No TV programming provided. There’s three LG smart tvs with built-in apps such as Hulu, Amazon Video, Apple TV, etc. To get access to programming you’ll need to sign in to one of these services with your own account & login credentials. Please remember to sign out prior to your departure. If you don’t have a streaming service, the “LG Channels” app does have some basic TV programming.
- CARE FOR HOME: We’d greatly appreciate your help in trying to leave the home like you found it 🙂
